Loan Officer/Mortgage Originators
Experienced Loan Originators wanted for both inside and outside sales with a residential mortgage program that is very actively lending in PA & NJ. Inside sales team members enjoy leads from multiple sources, and outside sales team members are primarily responsible to generate their own leads, but with support for their marketing and sales efforts. Conventional, "Jumbo", FHA, VA, & USDA purchase and refinance mortgage programs are offered in both states with aggressive - but real - rates and costs.
Required Skills/Experience
-Current NMLS registration is required.
-Minimum High School diploma
-Bachelor's Degree in business-related field a plus
-Minimum of 2 years proven residential mortgage origination experience
-Familiarity with conventional (FNMA, FHLMC), jumbo, and government (FHA/VA/USDA) loan programs
-Excellent customer-service skills
-Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, including
-Professional and timely communication skills
-Ability to clearly explain loan programs, terms, features, & benefits to clients
-Must be consumer-friendly with an ability to professionally represent Hyperion Bank
-Ability to follow through independently with minimal direction, meet deadlines, understand pricing
-Proven PC skills including Microsoft Office, Encompass 360 a plus
-Must possess a valid driver's license and a respectable vehicle
