Steven B. Atlass
(Chairman)Mr. Atlass founded the Cambridge Companies, located in Radnor, PA in 1999. Cambridge purchases financially troubled businesses (often relating to senior housing or pediatric care), rehabilitates, and continues to operate them. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Abramson Family Cancer Research Institute and Chairman of the Abramson Cancer Center Development Council at the University of Pennsylvania. He has a B.S. from Elmira College.

Warren H. Weiner
(Vice Chairman)Mr. Weiner was a key executive and principal of DEB Shops, Inc., a nation-wide apparel chain focusing on stylish clothing for young women, serving in various capacities until that company was sold in 2007. He currently is President of Springmill Partners, LLC and CEO of Point Pleasant Pediatrics, LLC. Mr. Weiner is an active investor in real estate projects, including apartment complexes and shopping centers, and is a member of the Leadership Council of Lankenau Hospital. He received his B.S. degree from Philadelphia College of Textiles and Sciences. Mr. Weiner serves as Chairman of the Bank's Asset and Liability Committee.

Joseph M. Matisoff
(President & CEO)Mr. Matisoff was born and raised in Philadelphia, attending Central High School and Penn State University (B.A. in Economics) before attending graduate school at Northwestern University (M.A. in Economics and M.S. in Finance, specializing in banking). He started his banking career at First Pennsylvania Bank, then the city's oldest and largest commercial bank. He spent 14 years at First Pennsylvania, in various lending and then middle management positions. Other accomplishments include spearheading the nation's second cross-industry simultaneous merger-conversion (of a billion dollar mutual thrift), and numerous assignments as a key turn-around executive for troubled banks. Prior to starting Hyperion Bank, he was Chief Operating Officer of Willow Grove Bank.

Mr. Adelman is President and CEO of Campus Apartments, Inc., headquartered in Philadelphia. Campus Apartments is the oldest privately owned student housing company in the country and a leader in developing, managing and financing upscale housing for colleges and universities throughout the United States. Mr. Adelman received a B.A. from Ohio State University.

Joseph M. Coyle
Mr. Coyle is President of the Cambridge Companies; an operator of assisted living and pediatric care facilities, headquartered in Radnor, PA. He received a B.S. degree from Villanova University. He is a former Certified Public Accountant and currently serves as Chairman of the Bank's Audit Committee.

Virginia M. Duffy
Ms. Duffy is an attorney practicing in Abington, Pennsylvania. She is a director of Hearts and Smiles Foundation, a non-profit corporation providing assistance to low-income families with special-needs in Philadelphia and surrounding counties. She received her B.A. from St. Francis University and her J.D. from Temple University.

Mr. Glazer is the founder and President of Keystone Property Group (KPG), located in Bala Cynwyd, PA. KPG owns and manages office and industrial buildings throughout the tri-state area, as well as in Florida and Illinois. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.

Curt L. Heffler
Mr. Heffler is a senior partner in the Business & Finance department of the Reed Smith LLP law firm, with his practice based in the firm's Philadelphia office. He received a B.S. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from Temple University School of Law. He serves as Chairman of the Bank's Directors Loan Committee.

Mr. Kurtz is a Managing Member of Della Camera Capital Management, LLC, a hedge fund headquartered in New York City, and is a licensed attorney in the State of New York. He received a B.S. from the Wharton School and a J.D. from the Law School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Eric F. Scharpf
Mr. Scharpf is the Managing Partner of Cheswold Lane Asset Management, LLC, an international investment management firm serving the institutional and private client marketplace, which he co-founded in 2006. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University Of Notre Dame and received an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Neil Shah
Mr. Shah is the President and Chief Operating Officer of the Hersha Hospitality Trust, a Philadelphia-based real estate investment trust (REIT). Hersha invests in hotels, primarily in the Northeastern United States and select markets on the West Coast. He received a B.A. in Political Science and a B.S. in Management from the University of Pennsylvania and a MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Mr. Soldo is President and owner of OHP, Inc. (formerly Olympic Horticultural Products) in Mainland, Pennsylvania which is involved in horticultural marketing. He also recently started a new company; X-Calibur Plant Health Company based in Summerville, SC, a manufacturer of specialty fertilizer for commercial nurseries. Mr. Soldo received a B.A. in Economics from Rollins College and a MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Advisory Board of St. Mary's Villa for Children (orphanage), and serves as Chairman of the Bank's Compensation Committee.

Mr. Weingarten is the CEO of WP Realty, headquartered in Bryn Mawr, PA. WP Realty develops and manages shopping centers throughout the northeastern and mid-Atlantic states. He is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Wayne Hardenbrook
(Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer)Wayne joined the bank in February 2008. He most recently had been the EVP & CFO of Boardwalk Bank in Linwood, NJ, where he helped organize that start-up bank in 1998 and helped it grow to $450MM in assets before it was sold to Cape Savings Bank in 2008. Prior to Boardwalk Bank, Wayne worked at several banks, both large and small as Controller, Treasurer and/or Chief Financial Officer. Wayne has a B.S. in Education from Fitchburg State College in Massachusetts, and an M.S. in Accounting from The State University of New York at Albany.

Laurie Wallace
(Senior Vice President & Compliance Officer)Laurie grew up in and started her banking career in Baltimore. She graduated from Salisbury State University with a B.A. in Liberal Studies and moved quickly into banking; her first job was with The Bank of Baltimore, but later worked for Chase Manhattan Bank in their Baltimore office. She most recently worked for a start-up bank in Charlotte, NC, helping it grow to over $125 million in assets before moving to Philadelphia and joining Hyperion Bank in April 2007. As Compliance Officer, Laurie is responsible for all bank activities relating to Federal Regulations.
