Alexandra Cole is Human Resources Executive Assistant for Hyperion Bank, based in the community bank’s historic Philadelphia headquarters.

With her thoughtful approach and natural ability to connect with others, she’s really making a meaningful impact here.”

A South Jersey native, Alexandra lives with her husband and two children, and their weekends are filled with youth sports, family activities, and plenty of laughter. Whether they’re cooking together, watching food shows, or enjoying warm summer nights in the backyard with movies and swimming, quality time is at the heart of everything they do.

“After some time away, I’m excited to be back in the city and am diving in – advocating for employees, solving problems and trying to spread positivity,” she says.

Alexandra is a dedicated Disney fan who never misses a chance to visit, and a proud Bernedoodle owner who loves long walks with the pups. She asks a lot of questions which earned her the nickname “Q” growing up – and she still asks a lot of questions today.
