After joining the Hyperion Bank team as a loan processor in 2013, Lauren made it her mission to learn as much as she could about each department. Taking on new challenges and assisting the entire staff, she used each new opportunity to fully understand the Bank's operations, processes, and people. She particularly enjoyed solving problems and building strong internal and external relationships.

Lauren’s desire to help people and her excellent management skills were recognized bank-wide. In fall 2015 she was promoted to manage all vendor and facility systems, and soon her responsibilities grew to include human resources.

Lauren was raised in South Jersey, where she continues to reside with her husband and two young children. She and her family enjoy fishing, traveling, and spending time together at the beach.
